Putin doesn't need any provocation.  He has bombed hospitals, schools, apartments, and committed other war crimes.  
Why are the US and other countries allowing Putin to set the rules of engagement and the timeline?

Actually, I am very much opposed to war.  Bowing to Putin is what is causing war. 
Yes, Putin has nuclear weapons.  So do many of the NATO nations.  We need to remind him of that.
