Look, they need to populate Skyview and they may need to move some kids to Westfield if Westfield loses kids from Coates, Floris, and McNair.  It’s a good bit less likely that they’d move so many kids out of South Lakes (maximum would seem to be Fox Mill and a bit of Floris) that they’d need to move kids into SLHS to compensate.  I guess Meren could cut a deal to swap Fox Mill into Skyview so long as SLHS gets the rest of Crossfield in return, but they ended up making fewer boundary changes in the county-wide review than one might have anticipated, which suggests they’ll try to make fewer rather than more changes here as well. Go back to the Coates boundary study.  Assume Coates goes to Skyview.  SPA map included student counts for Fox Mill not Crossfield.  https://www.fcps.edu/sites/default/files/Coates-Area-Boundary-Maps.pdf

Fox Mill base school boundary SPA :
32% west of 286=169
39% core site=210
24% change to Crossfield/South Lakes?=129
4% [juts into Dogwood] South Lakes? =25

So would they change the base school boundaries by moving SPA s to/from Fox Mill/Crossfield?  Split feeders?
