Thought moving part of Westfield and Chantilly into Skyview was pretty much guaranteed and the bigger questions were whether they’d move part of South Lakes or Oakton into Skyview as well and then move parts of Chantilly and/or Centreville to back fill Westfield.

Meren won't let Fox Mill move.

Meren doesn’t have veto power and she could agree to cede Fox Mill to Skyview[b] if South Lakes gets the rest of Crossfield and maybe the Navy island in return[/b]. That would be a bit like the deal years ago to send Fox Mill from
Oakton to South Lakes, in return for which Oakton picked up part of Chantilly. [/quote]
