Most likely scenario:

Sentence of 50 months less credit for 13 months time served = 37 months.

37 months less 15% of 50 months (7.5 months) for good behavior = 29.5 months.

Subtract 6 months if P Diddy gets in a drug / alcohol education program while in prison = 23.5 months

Six (6) months in a half-way house.

Also, with a sentence of less than 60 months (actually 60 months or less) for non-violent crimes, P Diddy is likely to go to a prison camp like Nellis AFB in Las Vegas or on the beach in Pensacola, Florida. Miami area may also have a prison camp.

Federal prison camps usually have no fences & no walls and a decent tennis court.

At Pensacola federal prison camp, one job assigned to inmates is beach clean-up. Serious. Not kidding.

I have no objection to humane prison conditions & rehab programs & educational programs for incarcerated individuals, but does P Diddy really deserve to be treated with such tender, kid gloves ?[/quote]
