The arraignment was at 10am this morning. Postponed until Thursday (wonder why?).

"Shortly after Judge Jonathan D. Frieden called the arraignment hearing into session at 10 a.m., he granted a motion by Banfield's attorney to postpone the hearing until Thursday.
