Looking ahead to next year, it’s doesn’t look good. It’s basically Capital or bust for most folks in the DMV at this stage with MCE imploded and Rebels looking like they are trying to formulate a new team from scratch.

Not only is MCE and Rebels no longer factors, the other younger age teams are not good and continue to get worse.  Stars, Pride, Metro all are not good.  BLC has some younger teams that are good, but things aren't looking on the up and up.[/quote]
