How you “act” and what “actions” you can take are obviously very different.  You can’t treat professional athletes in a manner that makes them want to play for somebody else or be someplace else.  [b]Lots of damage already done,[/b] title/official job description or not.  [/quote]

Actually, I’ve had this validated by multiple sources as well.   The expected infusion of cash and leadership from the new partial owners (VRSC) who have been given full operational control, has not materialized on either front.  Nor have they endeared themselves to coaches or players.   It’s been a tough start.  Not insurmountable- but a tough start. [/quote]
