Then end of day we wonder why the other kids and families get disheartened and leave the sport all together to play baseball and soccer.
NVYLL is a train wreck currently. NoVA needs to do better. Will never be LI or Baltimore because just not enough folks care to change things. [/quote]

I absolutely disagree with this.  I had three kids go through NVYLL and the level of coaching and professionalism was way above from what anyone could reasonably expect from a volunteer organization.  If you want professional coaching  you should sign up for travel.
