There is a protective notice of appeal filed in the district court contingent on a one week stay of the injunction. Cannon is most likely already talking to the “conservatives” judges on the 11th. They will coordination her actions so as to give trump the most favorable results. In the meantime look for everything to move in slow motion. No way Cannon will accept DOJ’s time line. The judicial branch has trump’s back. He is untouchable unfortunately. [/quote]

Highly unlikely, and further, the way the brief is written, it could make the judges responsible for violating the security concerns around the documents and who has access to them. Trump appointments or not, these individuals will need to be accountable for their decisions and actions.
