It's really not.

Yes, apparently ICE thugs are "federal law enforcement officers" (vomit - no they are not in reality) but they have a limited scope of authority. IF they have a warrant and IF they are out serving the warrant and taking someone into custody, then they are on official business, and if you interfere with that particular job (apprehending the person they have a warrant for) then it could be considered interfering with the job of a law officer.

(Like obstructing justice - which Trump has done what, umpteen million times? But I digress)

But if ICE agent Big Boy heads out in his car to go get a sandwich, and you stop your car to slow down traffic on the street he is driving on, yes, you have gotten in his way, but you got in his way of getting a sandwich, not of arresting someone he has a warrant for.

If he doesn't have a warrant for the person he is trying to arrest, then the arrest isn't legal; and if you get in the way of him making an arrest without a warrant, you aren't impeding a lawful activity.
