It is going to be spent in 2024 and 2025 on tax rebates, child tax credits, paid leave, education, business and workforce development, etc. A couple of years ago, he spent a billion dollars on bonuses for frontline workers. What a monster! He could've been cutting taxes for the wealthy instead.[/quote]
