MCPS paid Metis to write a report that recommended that MCPS break the law, and then MCPS published that report and asked for public comment, to make sure that everybody knew that Metis was recommending (on MCPS's dime) for MCPS to break the law. It's a terrible way to run a school district, and you should a. run for the Board of Education b. sue.[/quote]
