As to being a non-Catholic meaning that we don't know the school is silly. We socialize with Catholic parents and my son is happy and feels accepted. He is learning a lot. I see the problem.

You are from somewhere else, not DC.

You stumbled into GP as a school without really understanding what it was, who went there previously, who goes there now and what any of the history is.

That's OK.

I hope your son continues to do well there and likes it.
