Check it out.  The renovation will have a good change to the club and the people coming in...get in there before all renovation is over...then cost may change, too.  THE BEST thing is not one member needs to pay an assessment fee AT ALL even with all the multil million renovation.  Why?  Book a tour and see for yourself.  You will see why golf members and social are flocking in very quickly....because they see the VALUE in what they are paying for.    PEOPLE are nice and not stuck up.
