In Cogniznt defense, folks in US don’t understand that having corporate leadership comprised of a vellalar, a jatt, and two goltis is the Indian equivalent of having two black guys, a white guy, and a latino. This is as diverse as it gets.  forget hiring US citizens, never going to happen.
