She probably wants a more secure place, with doorman and underground parking, and maybe in a different neighborhood. She buys it with a trust and sells it when they break up. She’s got more money than god, makes little difference to her. Then he sells his place and is more comfortable financially. Makes sense to me. Theroux insisted on keeping his place, where she had no privacy. Sounds like new bf is more sensitive to her needs, so they can find a compromise. His client base is more east coast right now, plus he has his son to think of. [/quote]
