I feel sick after watching that video.  Yes, the man was in the middle of the street.  Yes, a women was pushed and shoved violently out of the way by a CBP or ICE agent.  Yes, the man was helping her get up and out of the way.  The ICE or CBP agent began to pepper spray the man and then tackled him to the ground with a large grabbing him.  And then shots are fired.  The man is killed in the street.  At no point did the man pull a gun.  Brandish a gun.  Shout I am going to kill you ICE or CBP agents.

The sick talk coming from the likes of Bovino and Miller is disgusting.  Rather than stablize, the enflame.  I am at a loss.  Makes we think of this song...

You can very clearly see that his arms were up and he was holding a phone until they tackled him. Once on the ground his hands were in front of him and he was not reaching for anything. [/quote]
