You’re wrong on all points. Winter break isn’t too long - the majority of parents and staff wanted to keep it 2 weeks.

MS and HS love the 4 day weeks - gives them a chance to sleep and catch up on work and not be so overwhelmed.

Memorial Day usually isn’t 5 days - as PP said, it’s an anomaly this year.

Spring Break is technically a week long but they often bookend it with a TW/SD the following week when it aligns with the end of a quarter. This year Spring Break is followed by a 3 day school week, but in this case it’s Monday and Friday off, so 10 day Spring Break, 3 days of school, 3 day weekend. [/quote]
