This is going to piss off the judge big time.  The [b]government motion has a bunch of misrepresentations [/b]and is a pretty transparent effort to slow down a case the prosecutors are completely unprepared to try.  [/quote]

I wonder if the judge watched 60 minutes and the story about how often Trump administration attorneys are submitting outright lies and misrepresentations to the court?  It is appalling the number of times that Trump & Co. have now been caught outright lying to the courts.  I hope the judges begin to notify state bars of these instances so appropriate action can be taken.

For those who aren't lawyers, there is only one rule hammered into you in law school.  Every day for 3 years.
