So many of her calls to me start with "guess what I saw on the Jenna show today..." She talks about her like they're friends. "Jenna was unpacking her groceries and dropped the whole carton of eggs. Her husband went to throw them away and she said nope, not at these prices and scooped them right into a bowl to use later. That's so Jenna!" And really, that's what the 4th hour of the Today Show wants. Someone who is familiar and connects with the main audience at that time, which is usually older women. [/quote]
