I talked to a longtime fed prosecutor today.  He said that obstruction of justice would always include an arrest of that nature.

Read the complaint.  Sounds like there were lots of witnesses to the events who will attest to its veracity.  Judge let her hatred of Trump outweigh her ability to follow the law. [/quote]

Yes reading the [b]arrest report[/b]. Two [b]DEA(WTF? guess there is no drug crime in this country) agents [/b]who were in the task force[b] see the alleged “illegal” in the public hall way outside the court room. [/b]

Every federal agent involved in this will be in prison in 3 years.
