Having long term subbed under Doug Nelson back when he was assistant principal at Silver Spring International, and then again when he was an assistant principal at BCC,  I'm "shocked truly shocked" that he did nothing about poor behavior.  Joking - I found him an unimpressive administrator each and every time.  Although I do feel sorry for him, after all he spent a career being told by MCPS that administrators won't ever get held accountable, so how was he to know that one day he would be held accountable for incompetency?[/quote]
