In the DC area, an 11 would have to work for a decade to get to 100K The 12 and ups get there fairly quickly, but that is usually Executive Assistant Level, which in the private sector can easily make over 100K, so no, admins aren't being overpaid. Why do you think they "deserve" a pay cut? I'm very curious.[/quote]
