First of all, “eternal youth” and then your statement “she’s 55 and time is not on her side” are contradictory. Of course she does not have eternal youth or even talent. What she does have is a lot of hustle and a total lack of self-awareness that seems to have served her well.

Her career is on the downside and there is no arguing that.

And she might have to redefine what “happily ever after” means to her. Because I don’t think the iteration she expects is going to come to pass. [/quote]
