How is she going to do that? It's a state-by-state basis after Dobbs, and she as president will have no control over the states that have stripped the rights of your daughters and nieces. She isn't Congress and the president isn't a monarch. What is she going to do? The rights are already stripped - Democrats whom I voted for let that happened when they refused to codify Roe.

Precisely. POTUS controls SCOTUS. A republican threatens a super majority court for the foreseeable future. All rights will be stripped for minorities and women. Gay marriage? Gone. Birth control? Gone. Controls on environmental pollution? Gone. [/quote]
