And, to watch the LW media spin this is quite something.  We see where the liberals here are getting their talking points after watching this segment on MSNBC.....(and someone needs to tell these jokers that Biden was not "cleared" of wrongdoing...... he was not charged because of his diminished capacity, but he was NOT cleared.)

NEW: MSNBC’s finest, Rachel Maddow, Lawrence O'Donnell and Joy Reid, melt down after the special counsel said that the mentally declining president is mentally declining.

The Three Stooges couldn’t fathom how the special counsel thought Biden had mental issues.

“This line that the president quoted where the report refers to him as a, well-meaning elderly man with a poor memory. What is the word elderly doing there? And poor memory. What is the test of that?”
