Apparently disagreeing with a court sentencing on a public forum is “acting” like you’re going to “take justice in your own hands.” The PP is so out of touch that they have to make up lies about other posters to try to bolster their viewpoint.

And even if “justice” was served in a legal sense, the local community (a large part of which knows of the defendant) is fully entitled to their personal views on  the killer and his family. Sorry, but the defendant’s reputation is in the toilet. [/quote]

I said the community is entitled to their own personal views. Meaning each person can have their own opinion, which is the exact opposite of me speaking on behalf of all members. Reading comprehension isn’t your strong suit is it?

And his reputation is in the toilet. That doesn’t mean everyone holds the same views, but just read through the comments on the news articles, ArlNow, etc. Enough people know who he is and what he has done that he can’t escape it even if he has a little contingent of supporters. A good reputation is hard to rebuild after DUI manslaughter.[/quote]
