There is no link between Bin and Nima without the sister. Nima was some no-degree one man IT shop in the suburbs. Bob was CTO of a billion dollar tech company. They don’t work in same circles.[/quote]

Bob literally had Nima in his contacts as "via" the sister. He knew the sister first.

How did he meet the sister? That has yet to be clarified. Since his ex-wife said she recognized the name, perhaps the doctor did some of her apparent work and met the wife in the office. Lee was said to know the sister for 3 years, around the time of the divorce from his wife. YES he knew the murderer, but that was not the start of the social connections. Maybe have been ex-wife to doc/sister > murderer. [/quote]
