I wasn't clear on his job, so looked him up.

Brett is a Director of Immersive design at Nike. In several interviews, Brown described his job as “Product Creation that’s focused on using real-time, high-fidelity visualization and collaboration tools adopted from the games industry to help fuel Nike’s culture of innovation and create the future of the “sport.”

Nike reached out to him because of his artistic talent. He as a hobby posted his own drawings of shoes on Instagram and they reached out and offered him a job. He worked his way up to Director. The money is there. [/quote]
