My kid is not a legacy, not in any of the categories above, is a vanilla UMC kid with more opportunities and privileges than the average person. She worked hard but so did a million other kids. She had great academic outcomes and decent ECs but nothing like curing cancer. She wrote good essays but they were truthful - so she sounded like a teen who had a ton of opportunities.
