People who destroy property not their own or people who maim and kill other people should be prosecuted.

And people who try to overthrow an election should be prosecuted.

If you are asserting because person A didn’t get charged for something in one jurisdiction Person B should get away with it in another, that’s not a logical - or legal- conclusion. [/quote]
