I just hope the same parents that want no restrictions are happy to have their kids teachers/bus drivers/cafeteria staff working with a "cold" or being out recovering when they get that "bad virus" again.
I don't want anyone to be in schools when they feel under the weather, teachers, staff, or students. I also don't want people who feel well and healthy to be home because of asymptomatic COVID. If the entire county doesn't have a mask mandate, supporting one in schools makes no sense. I'm not forcing my first grader into a mask all day long while adults pack into bars and gyms.
They are sick with asymptotic Covid so your post makes no sense. And be real. Kids will go to school sick. Adults in bars has nothing to do with school. If anything because the adults are behaving poorly, more reason to be careful in schools. Plan for Covid. It’s going to be a bumpy fall.
