What happened here seems pretty simple to me. A unarmed 17 year old boy was walking home and was pursued by an armed adult stranger. The boy tried to get away, but was caught by his pursuer. At that point, the boy may or may not have fought to get away. He was then shot and killed. Unlike his armed pursuer, Martin had no arrest record or history of violence. The state of his dental work is of little importance. [/quote]
