Beyond birth?  You mean in cases where the baby is born with a terminal condition, and parents elect to take no further measures to prolong life?  That's palliative care or hospice, in some situations...not abortion "beyond birth".

They are just crazy pants. It's called "death" when a baby is born and then dies. It happens people, even in the womb. Death happens folks, it's not always "abortions." These conservatives are literally crazy.
