You’re scoffing at something that no one has said but you. At least in Camilla’s case, she was thrilled to introduce herself as the relative of a previous royal mistress. She, and possibly her husband, seemed flattered to —‘em — do their best to support members of the royal family.
Seeing as Charles was single at the time, it seems like a cute thing to say at the time. But you're still skirting the issue. Diana has had married lovers too. Are you feeling as much resentment for the wives of these men? Doesn't DCUM hate women who sleep with married men? If that's why you hate Camilla, why does Diana get a pass for sleeping with married men?
I agree with you. Diana acted horrible which really surprised me knowing how she was treated. Not only that but she slept with some real losers. That one that did a tell all whose character was horrendous. And sadly right to the end Diana was with another loser instead of being home with her kids. I did admire her for her charity work which she took seriously unlike the hated M.M. whose only goal was to score a dimwitted prince. Still that doesn't absolve Charles and Camilla for the scam they pulled on Diana who thought she was going to have a real marriage. Camilla wasn't any prize, and like someone that does a hit and run it doesn't clear them just because it's years after the fact. Camilla like any women that sleeps with someone married is beneath contempt, and I'm sure Karma has or will catch up to her as well.
Wow! This sounded almost reasonable— except for the gratuitous slam at someone with a lifelong history of advocacy work. Everything else is on point! Especially the bit about Karma.
