If the teacher does show up without a mask, you should be able to ask the school principal to intervene. If your kid has a medical condition that makes them medically vulnerable, do a free consult with an attorney who specializes in one of these areas: disability/civil rights, education (plaintiff/student side not defense/school district side, or workplace/employment law to get an idea what your options are.[/quote]
