I think he did it, I think he is dead by now.  they exhumed a body in TN a few years back of a drifter who they thought might have been him and it wasn't.

There was a bank robbery in Potomac later in March of 76 by a kid Robbie Angell 18- year old who lived near Bishop in the same neighborhood and was finally apprehended in NC after killing two Montgomery County Police Officers in the fields by Montgomery Mall-the over pass over the spur is named after the two officers Cpl. John M. Frontczak & Capt. James E. Daly Jr.  Bishop was seen in NC and Angell's middle name is Daly.

I often wonder if they were connected.  Perhaps they knew each other and Bishop needed money after the murders.  I just find it odd that two people in the same neighborhood weeks apart commit such violent crimes.  Oh and Angell killed a 17 year old on Seven Locks road the year before [/quote]
