Why does it "sound like he probably was?" Hmmmmmm? Based on your knowledge of the case, what makes you say this?

You know that he:

-Left the school, for whatever reason

and

-Was crying, terrified, and hesitated to go with cops who were threatening him

Oh, you can say that's not the whole story, and of course it's not. But there's very little [i]in the story which comprises 100% of your information[/i] (unless you were there!), that tells you he "was [b]probably[/b] a [b]terror[/b]."

Even people who think the cops were in the wrong think surely there was [i]something[/i] egregiously wrong with the little boy and are happy to label him "a terror." Sheesh.[/quote]

There was a mention to the mom being upset that the school told police about his academic and disciplinary records.  So, it sounds like the child had some behavioral issues.  It also alluded to the fact the officers asked how the child is punished at home and they ran with the response.  They were out of line but not to the tune of $1 million.  There is a lot more going on with this child and I hope the family is getting the help they need.[/quote]
