LOL. This isn’t a secret. It is literal government planning, reinforced with policy decision, funding and business incentives, ratified with constitutional votes on state and federal elections.

This is why it is all a house of cards. You can’t keep stacking it against yourself. This is why we have to build an economic infrastructure for government back (so we dont risk crumbling) and do it better than before (so we position for future challenges, including environmental).

By the way - this gives another angle towards why the housing market and investor practices caused such devastation in the 08 crisis (pushed by trump loving Republicans and investors, tolerated from the same Clinton loving Dem investors!)
