Can't they just get internet? The house that is for sale is actually closer in to Nashville and less rural than the house she lives in now. Why would she think buying a new house would be easier than having internet installed.

Because her lawyer is smarter than that. The house you’re discussing has been on the market for 2+ years and is way overpriced for the area. They are going to have to take a significant loss to unload that. Why would Kristen accept 100% of that loss instead of 50% of it? If she gets out now to a new house, then there’s no argument that she and the kids are already placed in an existing house and should accept that has part of her settlement. [/quote]

That makes sense. I hope she has good finance people. I don't see this money train lasting with a divorce and Uncommon James won't survive the pandemic. I guess she could do a reality show about dating/life post divorce, but hard to make real money from reality TV (looking at you Spencer and Heidi).[/quote]

I can hardly believe Uncommon James has made it this far. Everything sold is so basic, but at premium prices. I wonder if Jay's money has been propping it up this whole time and that's part of the reason he's trying to cut his losses during the pandemic. [/quote]
