You are always free to reach out to the coaches. If you can’t make a ID session you can attend a practice.

There are no rules regarding ECNL to DA.

DA to DA is different but no rule against YOU reaching out to the coaches.

My guess is practices will be split between Reston and Tysons in order to accommodate Stoddert and MD folks. [/quote]

Clarification:  there is no rule against YOU reaching out, but there is a rule against them making you any offer until the summer, even though FCV does.  [/quote]
