Asking Rockville City to provide bathrooms and analyze traffic patterns only helps MSI players and parents. They should have demanded that MSI provide bathrooms as part of the Signed settlement agreement. Too bad, so sad, and too late![/quote]

No one asked the City of Rockville to provide bathrooms or deal with traffic.  Both those issues are on MSI and MCPS.

MSI hasn't signed yet, so you might want to hold your so sad, too late for when they actually step up and sign. [/quote]
