It is unrealistic to think you can get to your kid that fast to keep them from throwing something in the pool when it is sitting right next to the pool where the pool toys are placed.  You could be holding your kid in your arms and not able to stop the phone from getting thrown in. It was a stupid place to put the phone. [/quote]

There is zero information to indicate it was placed at the edge of the baby pool. She said the parent was at the edge of the pool but didn’t say she sat her phone down at the edge of the pool. The parent very well could’ve had her bag next to her or towel. She could’ve had a chair near the pool. See how that works? [/quote]
