It didn't need a special counsel investigation. If the left wasn't so consumed with "collusion" and "obstruction," we might be able to find some common ground about Russian interference. As long as the House is intent on conducting more investigations of Trump thinking that they will surely find what Mueller was unable to find (because it doesn't exist), the Russian interference will take a back burner.
