But if you watch the video in slow motion the sequence is as follows: 1. Engine revs. 2. Tires spin briefly. 3. When the car begins to move the tires are facing directly at the officer. 4. Officer fired his weapon. He can say credibly that he feared for his life. He will likely be acquitted. Again, a tragic situation. [/quote]
