That is absolutely incorrect. RIO is largely made up of people in Franklin Farms.  Have you listened to the speakers at any of the community meetings? They have been from the West Side of West Ox road but are either unaware of or not aligned with RIO but still want Crossfield at Oakton.  Those from Crossfield wanting to move to Skyview have been far too focused on RIO. [/quote]
