My interpretation of what occurred is that I do not think it was right for the woman who was eventually shot to have been blocking the road the way she was.
I do not know what her motive was for doing so but she was in the wrong for the angle her vehicle was parked since it is clear that she was not supposed to be stationary the way she was.

The ICE agents understandably were irked by the way her vehicle was stopped however their language toward the woman in the vehicle was downright disrespectful as well as wholly unprofessional.
They approached her yelling at her to “get out of the effing car….!” then they attempted to open her vehicle’s door which would make anyone defensive + thus anger them.

The woman driving the SUV then attempted to drive away, yes she & her wife were taunting the officers prior but the officers should not have let emotions affect them which they allowed.
Their main duty was to keep any negative emotions out of their responsibilities and focus on what their task was.

However the officer that shot the victim was distracted as he was filming the chaotic scene at hand so his head wasn’t 💯% focused.
The victim attempted to drive away from the agents &gt; how can anyone not see this??!
It is clear because her front tires were turned to the right…..if she had intended on running the officers prior over her tires would have been turned straight ahead.[/quote]
