Many areas in DCC are more expensive and nicer than areas of Rockville and parts of Bethesdsa plus we are VERY close to DC so many people picked it for that reason you moron…Wait let me guess you are either A - someone who overpaid for their house B - a realtor trying to bolster up sales in a certain area. I highly doubt you are someone who is successful. You sound absolutely miserable…and I pity you and the family who had to be around you. For the record I am someone who bought a starter house pre-pandemic with a 2.5 interest rate. Did I plan on moving west after a few years?
