The affidavit was unsealed at Trump's request, and listed many many classified documents (and classified folders MINUS the actual documents) were located in various places throughout Mar a Lago.

That's not an unnamed source. That's as official as it gets.

The one piece of information that is not attributed to a person is what just came out:  According to the Washington Post, "people familiar with the matter" say FBI agents found "A document describing a foreign government’s military defenses, including its nuclear capabilities".

Believe it or don't believe it. Trump himself touted "No Nuclear!!" in some post. Has he denied that he had this document?  Is he saying it is a plant or something?

If it is a leak, then that means it is true.

What does it matter if someone in the FBI leaked this true information, really?

The scandal is that Trump HAD the document.
