Here’s the reasons… 
She was anti-ICE agitator, STALKING and IMPEDING a law enforcement operation over the course of the morning.

They may have had no authority, but if someone with a gun orders me out of a vehicle, I am going to stop my car and get out of the vehicle.       If she wants to take the risk of harassing untrained idiots, then she has to be prepared to take the consequences.   I wish I had sympathy for her but I do not.   [/quote]

It would have been idiotic to try to defend your car from armed law enforcement, the Castle Doctrine notwithstanding.  It should be obvious to anyone with an iota of intelligence that standing on your perceived "rights" in such circumstances is likely to end badly for you.  [/quote]

Oh, in her case, sure. There was also no reason  for her to expect being murdered in an ambush in broad daylight
